Malaysia The laws covers PCBs that are generated industriallyThere should be laws to cover hazardous household waste.
Japan No,it is not sufficient. The current law can not prevent the loss of capacitors of fluorescent lights which is still in use.

Hong Kong There should be more education on how to identify equipment or fluorescent lightings that might contain PCBs and how these products should be disposed of in due course.

Indonesia No, it is not sufficient. The regulations can not prevent the use of PCBs. PCBs are still used in electrical company
